To access support you have two (2) options:
  1. Urgent Requests: Call +44 115 857 6826
  2. Non-Urgent Requests: Log a ticket using our Desktop & Mobile App - ITSupportPanel.
NOTE : In the event that you are unable to use the ITSP app and it's not urgent enought to call, all support communications are to be through our support mailbox which has the address support@lorica.net. Any other communications are not logged or regularly monitored and may not receive a response in a timely manner. Also, any SLA timers will not be triggered unless support procedure is followed.

Hours Of Operation

Our hours of operation are 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. After hours support is available as an optional service.
