To access support you have two (2) options: - Urgent Requests: Call +44 115 857 6826
- Non-Urgent Requests: Log a ticket using our Desktop & Mobile App - ITSupportPanel.
NOTE : In the event that you are unable to use the ITSP app and it's not urgent enought to call, all support communications are to be through our support mailbox which has the address support@lorica.net. Any other communications are not logged or regularly monitored and may not receive a response in a timely manner. Also, any SLA timers will not be triggered unless support procedure is followed.

To make accessing our IT services easy, you now have access to your very own innovative Desktop & Mobile App - ITSupportPanel.
How to Use ITSupportPanel
It's easy, all you need to do is: - Find the IT BUTTON on your desktop, in Microsoft Teams OR in your task tray as seen in the image below.
- Open the App.
- You can now:
- Log Tickets (Take Screenshots, Attach Files, Fill in Forms etc)
- View Tickets
- Read News
- Access Apps and Support Tools

IMPORTANT
The Subject line will become the title of the ticket. Please try and make this short and appropriate. So, "help", or your company name won't cut it. Thanks.

Hours Of Operation
Our hours of operation are 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. After hours support is available as an optional service.
